This Nationwide Signing Services exclusive card is printed on a 16PT heavy card stock and then they are laminated on both sides with 1.5mil scuff resistant, soft suede laminate, which give them a substantial thickness of 19pt. The logo outline is stamped as a clear spot of uv coating on the back.

Suede laminate are soft to the touch, they bestow a hint of luxury to brands and create marketing pieces that stand out from the competition. 

Spot UV coating or "varnish" is applied in any custom shape. This has the affect of highlighting and drawing attention to the card, but it also provides the additional visual stimulus of having varied textures on a single printed surface.
